Gadara Place, Ulladulla
We started this build in August 2016. It took around 4 months to complete. The property was designed to suit the coastal lifestyle in Ulladulla.
It features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom open plan kitchen, dining and living and a massive outdoor entertaining area with custom made BBQ bench and bench seat.
Como Avenue, Burrill Lake
This property was built and designed by Russell Builders to show the style of our custom builds. The Interior has wide open plan living, and dining with raked ceilings, and highlight windows to maximise light. It features four bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom, media room, and alfresco area.
The exterior combines raw concrete cladding, with traditional shiplap weatherboard and hardwood timber features.
Red Gum Drive, Ulladulla
This property was designed by Joel himself. He wanted to build something a little different than the traditional home.
The house took 5 months to build. It is a barn inspired and features a main open plan living and kitchen wing on one side, with bedrooms and a main bathroom on the other side, and a master suite and entry way connecting the two sides.
Lots of timber features were used to incorporate the surrounding bush around the property, including the handmade timber door and the timber garage feature.
Coolibah Avenue, Conjola Park
This project is one that is very close to our heart.
In 2019 the devastating bushfires on the South Coast wiped out most of Lake Conjola and destroyed over 89 homes.
We were very proud to help with the clean up and work with these clients to re build their home.
The design was similar to the original house but a much brighter and bigger version taking full advantage of the beautiful view of Lake Conjola.
It took 4 months to rebuild.
Pengana Crescent, Mollymook
We transformed this run down & dated two story house in Mollymook into a modern three story home with so many amazing features.
Our standout favourite is the reclaimed grandstand stairs that we created from the existing blackbutt joist from the old subfloor.
The way the client & designer has really focused on the layout of windows to gain the most light and energy into the really brings the upper floor to life..
The custom ceaser stone vanity really set the main ensuite apart from the everyday vanity.

Buckland Street, Mollymook
This property was renovated to use as a holiday house. The owners opted for bright and white interiors and neutral colour palette to keep it modern and appealing to holiday guests.
We did a full renovation, replacing the flooring throughout, with a new kitchen, laundry, bathroom and also landscaping.
The renovation took 4 months to complete.
Melville Place, Milton
This property was a custom new build in this stunning location at Milton over looking small farm land. We worked together with the owner, architect and interior designer to collaborate on this unique home. Some of the features include - plungie pool, knot wood garage door, wine room, custom aged brass tap ware, high pitched ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and large skylights to capture the maximum amount of warmth and light throughout the home.
